LOS ANGELES -- Vitali Klitschko weighed in at a fit and trim 252 at Thursday's weighin for his heavyweight title defense against Chris Arreola that took place at Star Plaza in front of Staples Center, the site of Saturday's showdown.

Arreola surprised skeptics by tipping the scales at a solid-but-not-ripped-looking 251. There were rumors that Arreola was not training hard for the Klitschko fight, so the Riverside, Calif., resident decided to have a little fun with the media.

Arreola initially stepped on the scale wearing a shirt and weighing 272 pounds. However, he pulled off his shirt to reveal a weighted vest. Everyone got a good laugh.
