Ring rankings update:

Cruiserweights: Yoan Pablo Hernandez enters at No. 10, thanks to his knockout of Steve Herelius. His entrance also pushed out Pawel Kolodziej (No. 9 last week) and boosts Guillermo Jones (No. 10 last week) to No. 9.

Junior bantamweights: Omar Narvaez (No. 5 last week) jumps to No. 4 on the strength of his 12-round decision over Victor Zaleta. Narvaez’ advancement bumps down Drain Francisco to No. 5.

“THE RING has received several suggestion from both Panel Members and fans regarding Omar Narvaez, urging THE RING to rate him higher,” said Collins. “Narvaez is a former Olympian and undefeated as a pro, but he has only had two bouts in 115-pound division after spending most of his career as a flyweight. Therefore, a one-rung advancement was all that was merited at this time.”

Strawweights: In a major upset, Ioka, a six-fight novice, knocked out Sithsamerchai (No. 2 last week). Ioka takes over Sithsamerchai’s former spot at No. 2, while the Thai drops to No. 3. Ioka’s entrance also pushes down all ranked last week down spot. Kwanthai Sithmorseng (No. 10 last week) exits.
