Refereeing the bout will be Ian John-Lewis of the UK. Thejudges are Rey Denesco of the Philippines, Guido Cavalleri of Italy and Anek Hontongkam of Thailand.

Hopkins (51-5-1, 32 knockouts) hopes to become the oldest world champion in boxing history at age 46 by defeating Pascal (26-1-1, 16 KOs).

The two fought to a 12-round majority draw in December, as two scorecards were even, and Steve Morrow, a California judge, saw it 114-112 for Hopkins.
