Andre Ward easily outboxed Arthur Abraham to win a one-sided decision Saturday night at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif.

Ward's performance wasn't scintilating but it was emphatic, as he outclassed the Armenian-born German from the fourth round on to earn a spot in the Super Six World Boxing Classic final. He'll fight the winner of the June 4 fight between Carl Froch and Glen Johnson.

Ward (24-0, 13 knockouts) is 3-0 in the tournament, all his victories coming by decision.

Abraham, who entered the tournament as one of the favorites, is now 1-3 in the competition and will have to re-evaluate his career. The former middleweight titleholder said he could go back down to 160 pounds if he had to but said after the fight he plans to stay at 168.

Ward had trouble penetrating Abraham's peek-a-boo defense, in which he holds his hands tightly in front of his face, but he landed enough punches to win easily. Abraham threw very few punches.

The scores: 120-108, 118-110 and 118-111. RingTV.com had it 118-110.
