Federal Magistrate Judge Robert Johnston denied an Emergency Motion filed by Floyd Mayweather Jr. and ordered Mayweather to give sworn testimony under oath, beginning Friday, June 17. Mayweather, his father Floyd Mayweather Sr. and uncle/trainer Roger Mayweather are being sued by Manny Pacquiao based on defamatory statements insinuating the pound-for-pound king of taking performance-enhancing drugs. |
