Floyd Mayweather Jr., Victor Ortiz and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez will make public appearances over the next few days in Los Angeles as part of the promotion for their fights next Saturday.

Floyd Mayweather Jr., Victor Ortiz and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez will make public appearances over the next few days in Los Angeles as part of the promotion for their fights next Saturday. Ortiz and Alvarez will great fans at 2 p.m. PT Sunday at Fiestas Patrias at Olvera Street in downtown L.A. On Monday, Mayweather, Ortiz, Alvarez, Alfonso Gomez and the other pay-per-view fighters will appear at 5 p.m. PT at Universal City Walk (near The Cinemas). Ortiz is defending his WBC welterweight title against Mayweather at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in the main event of a split-site HBO Pay-Per-View broadcast. Alvarez will defend his WBC junior middleweight belt against Gomez at Staples Center in Los Angeles in the co-feature. |
