Melvina Lathan, chairman of the New York State Athletic Commission: Melvina's a wonderful lady, and she's dedicated a good bit of her life to boxing.

She's a credit to the sport, and I believe that she's truly a person who cares about the sport and wants to do the best for the sport.

Juan Manuel Marquez: Juan Manuel Marquez is a superb fighter and a great technician and somebody who is very, very intelligent both in and out of the ring.

I can't say enough good about him based on my experience with him in the last event, which was the Pacquiao-Marquez III fight.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.: Floyd Mayweather is certainly one of the most talented fighters of all time. He's somebody was part of Top Rank, and somebody who we cared about very deeply.

He's someone who, because for one reason or another, I've gone sideways with, but I'm delighted that he's still cares about and remains friendly with Todd duBoef and his sister, Dena duBoef.

Manny Pacquiao: Manny Pacquiao is one of the great fighters that I've ever seen. He is someone who has real potential to make a great mark in society over and above his great accomplishments in the ring.

Freddie Roach: Freddie Roach is a former fighter of ours. We promoted many of Freddie Roach's fights, and I'm so delighted that he has become the outstanding trainer that he is.

Freddie Roach is a very hard-working and he's a man who is really terrific for the athletes that he trains.

Richard Schaefer: I think that he's trying to be a promoter. I think that he's a smart guy, but I don't think that he has the necessary flair and imagination to be a top promoter.

Travis Tygart, executive director of the United States Anti-Doping Agency: I have great reservations about him because he seems more of an advocate for a position rather than somebody who you can rely on to do the job necessary for the testing.

Anybody who is that vocal and that incendiary in that type of a role is somebody that you have to look a little askance at.

VisionQwest: I don't know very much about them. I just know that they were on the scene for a while, and now, they're not on the scene. But, you know, it seemed to me that they was always one individual who wasn't even a certified public accountant.
