Steve Kim, Maxboxing.com

Dereck Chisora W 10 David Haye: Dereck Chisora by decision for a very simple reason:  His fighting spirit and his recent activity in relation to David Haye.

Record: 11-2

Paulie Malignaggi, WBA welterweight titleholder, former IBF junior welterweight beltholder

David Haye UD 10 Dereck Chisora: I like David Haye over Dereck Chisora. Experience is a big factor in this sport. Chisora has shown that he has the talent to deal with the skill set of Haye. But I'm taking Haye by a unanimous decision.

Record: 9-4

Ryan Maquinana, CSNBAYAREA/BoxingScene.com

David Haye DQ 8 Dereck Chisora: Given the bizarre circumstances that made this fight happen, is there any other way this should end?

Record: 9-4

Rich Marotta, Top Rank Live

David Haye TKO 10 over Dereck Chisora: Pretty much the same story as Amir Khan--Danny Garcia. David Haye will probably have to fight off some rustiness and Dereck Chisora will make him work but Haye is better in almost every way.

Record: 1-1

Jack Obermayer, Fight Fax Inc.

David Haye W 10 Dereck Chisora: On David Haye-Dereck Chisora, who cares? Somebody must. Outside of a hoped for double-knockout, there is something else I see.

I see Haye's bravado returning full force and he will play with Chisora, and then scream that he's back. Haye by decision."

Record: 4-2

Harry Pratt, RingTV.com

David Haye KO 6 Dereck Chisora: What a chance for David Haye to put himself back in the mix at the top. WBC holder Vitali Klitschko could not stop Dereck Chisora in February, so if Haye does, then he can call out the Ukrainian without looking stupid.

Much the same applies to Chisora, with regards a possible shot at Haye's conqueror, Wladimir Klitschko, only adding to an already red-hot powder-keg mix at Upton Park. Whoever can control his hatred of the other better is likely to triumph.

That is why I go for the Hayemaker, former holder at both cruiserweight and heavyweight, lest we forget, to restore his reputation with a KO midway through a savage fight night.

Record: 1-0

Chris Robinson, The Examiner.com/BoxingScene.com

David Haye UD 10 Dereck Chisora: David Haye-Dereck Chisora is an interesting matchup. I have to lean with Haye just because of his edge in talent alone.

But I feel that Chisora will make things awkward for him, with the second half of the fight being more to his liking. Haye by unanimous decision.

Record: 6-2

Cliff Rold, BoxingScene.com

Dereck Chisora KO David Haye: We know Dereck Chisora can take a shot.  He’s eaten big ones from Tyson Fury, Robert Helenius, and Vitali Klitschko.  He’s never seen someone with the speed to unload the single, explosive shots David Haye has.

The thinking here is the chin holds.  Chisora, in the low 240s, can be active and presses all night. His hands are heavy enough if not coma causing, and as the rounds wear on Haye will increasingly be fleeing.

He won’t be able to hide all night.  Haye has more talent, but of the two recent Klitschko challengers it was Chisora who played the more willing warrior.  The pick here is the more natural fighter, Chisora, on a stoppage.

Record: 9-5

Michael Rosenthal, Editor of THE RING

David Haye UD 10 Dereck Chisora: Dereck Chisora is a pretty good boxer with no fear, as he demonstrated in losses to Robert Helenius and Vitali Klitschko. And he's a natural heavyweight, which will be an advantage over David Haye.

However, the former cruiserweight champion will have significant advantages in all-around ability and athleticism.
Plus, I believe he's determined to prove that he's better than his dismal performance against Wladimir Klitschko in his last fight. Haye will win a clear unanimous decision.

Record: 10-2

Joseph Santoliquito/Ring Magazine/RingTV.com/CBS Sports

David Haye W 10 Dereck Chisora: I like David Haye because I think he's in Dereck Chisora's head. Haye has that ability to be highly annoying, and in Chisora and his people, it seems as if Haye has succeeded.

There's the possibility Haye will be so charged up he's liable to make a mistake, and I can see Haye poking him to a point's victory.

Record: 4-1

John Scully, trainer of RING and WBC lightheavyweight champion Chad Dawson

David Haye UD 10 Dereck Chisora: I've got David Haye in a 12 round unanimous decision over Dereck Chisora.

Record: 2-1

Ryan Songalia, RingTV.com

David Haye UD 10 Dereck Chisora: David Haye's speed will serve him well against Dereck Chisora.

Record: 11-3

Bob Velin, USA Today

David Haye W 10 Dereck Chisora: These Brits despise each other, and that should make for a good scrap. But David Haye knows better than to get into a toe-to-toe slug-fest with Dereck Chisora.

He will try to stay under control and fight a smart fight, while Chisora will try to goad him into a slugging match. Haye is the better boxer and will win out in the end.

Record: 3-2

David Haye is heavily favored by a vote of 16-to-4 to get beyond foe Dereck Chisora in Saturday's heavyweight clash.
