Both Andre Ward and Chad Dawson weighed in at 168 pounds for Ward's RING, WBC and WBA super middleweight titles defense against the RING/WBC light heavyweight champ on Friday in Oakland, Calif., the site of their HBO-televised showdown on Saturday.

Dawson, who came down from 175 pounds to challenge Ward, looked good. He did not appear weight drained or dried out.

"I'm ready for war," Dawson said after weighing in.

"I have nothing to say," said Ward, who looked ripped as usual. "I'll do my talking tomorrow."

The co-featured fighters of the Goossen Tutor/Gary Shaw-promoted event, WBC lightweight titleholder Antonio DeMarco and challenger John Molina, also made weight on Friday. DeMarco weighed in at 134.25 pounds; Molina weighed 134.5.
