The combatants of the stacked Showtime-televised card topped by Abner Mares’ WBC 122-pound title defense against Anselmo Moreno on Nov. 10 will hold a public workout at MacArthur Park in Los Angeles today. The six main event fighters who co-headline the tripleheader at Staples Center will conduct their open-to-the-public workouts from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at the MacArthur Park Boathouse Parking Lot (located on Alvarado Street between Wilshire Boulevard & 7th Street). The schedule of their workout start times are as follows:
12:00 p.m.– Mares 12:20 p.m.– Raul Casarez (who fights come-backing former junior middleweight contender Alfredo Angulo) 12:40 p.m.– Moreno 1:00 p.m.– Leo Santa Cruz (who defends his IBF bantamweight title against Victor Zaleta) 1:20 p.m.– Angulo 1:40 p.m.– Zaleta
The Showtime Championship Boxing telecast on Nov. 10 begins live at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT (delayed on the West Coast). Preliminary fights will air live on Showtime Extreme beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT (delayed on the West Coast). |
