Olympic super-heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua will fight four times this year, making his debut at the O2 Arena on Oct. 5 after being officially unveiled as a professional on a three-year contract with Matchroom Sport on Thursday.

The 23-year-old delivered the top prize in front of his home crowd during the London 2012 Games but has now signed a three-year deal with Eddie Hearn's Matchroom promotion. Joshua will debut professionally in a six-round fight at the o2 Arena on October 5 against an opponent yet to be named, and the Watford-born man believes his decision to leave the amateur ranks has come at the right time.
