Unbeaten super middleweight Peter “Kid Chocolate” Quillin will fight Jesse Brinkley on April 29 in Reno, a bout to be televised on the Spanish-language Telefutura network.
Quillin (23-0, 17 knockouts) is coming off a fourth-round technical knockout over Dennis Sharpe in February.
The 27-year-old is trained in Los Angeles by Freddy Roach.
Brinkley (35-6, 22 KOs) is a 34-year-old Yerington, Nev., boxer who gained popularity as a participant in the Contender reality series.
The show will be co-promoted by Let’s Get It On Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions. Don Chargin is the matchmaker.
