Arum: Pacquiao has ‘no issues’ with facing Mayweather

Manny Pacquiao would have "No issues" in regard to fighting Floyd Mayweather Jr. assuming each of them gets beyond their upcoming bouts, said Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum.

Negotiations to match the fighters in the past failed twice over the notion of drug testing, a process that has been insisted upon by the Mayweather camp. But Arum has said that Pacquiao would accept the conditions.

"The negotiations that we had the last time were free of issues, from my standpoint, so I have not seen issues since the last time we tried to negotiate," said Arum.

"As far as I'm concerned, I have no issues and Manny has no issues. But that's when the Mayweather people were saying that there were no negotiations, so I don't know. "

Mayweather is scheduled to challenge WBC welterweight titleholder Victor Ortiz on Sept. 17, and Pacquiao, to defend his WBO welterweight belt against Juan Manuel Marquez on Nov. 12.
