Junior welterweight prospect Antonio Orozco will headline a Golden Boy Live! show on Jan. 24 on Fox Sports 1, according to Golden Boy matchmaker Eric Gomez.
The 26-year-old San Diego resident will pursue his seventh consecutive knockout victory at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, Calif., against an opponent to be determined on
Orozco (18-0, 14 knockouts), who was last in the ring for a third-round stoppage of Ivan Hernandez in August, will be fighting for the third time this year.
On the undercard, former junior middleweight titleholder Cornelius Bundrage (32-5, 19 KOs) will face once-beaten southpaw Joey Hernandez (23-1-1, 13 KOs) in an IBF eliminator for the right to face titleholder Carlos Molina.
Last month, Golden Boy won the purse bid with $11,000 for the right to promote Bundrage-Hernandez. In his last bout in February, Bunderage was dethroned as IBF beltholder following a majority decision loss to Ishe Smith, who lost to Molina by split decision in September.
Joey Hernandez has won three of his past five fights by knockout, and is coming off a unanimous decision win over James Winchester in November of 2012.
