I feel strong," Julio told boxingscene.com. "I want to have at least two more fights, and then I want the fight with Victor Ortiz." Julio suffered three of his four losses at junior middleweight or higher. Ortiz galvanized his own career in April with a brilliant 12-round beat down of previously unbeaten Andre Berto to win his belt.
