Middleweight champ Sergio Martinez wants Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. as his next opponent.

If Sergio Martinez gets his wish, he'll fight Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. October. THE RING middleweight champ called out the newly crowned WBC beltholder on Monday.

"If Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. wants to be a true champion and prove he's a real Mexican, then he will have to face me in October," Martinez told Sal Rodriguez. "I will ask the WBC to make this fight, and if Julio is a true champion, then he should fight me."
