Mitchell-Ferreryro, Diaz-Smith on Sept. 16

Unbeaten heavyweight prospect Seth Mitchell of Brandywine, Md., will pursue his eighth consecutive knockout and his 21st consecutive win and his 15th stoppage during that run against Hector Ferreryro of Laredo, Tex., at the Texas Station Casino in Las Vegas on Telefutura and Fox Sports Net on Sept. 16.

The 29-year-old Mitchell (22-0-1, 16 knockouts) is facing Ferreryro (21-10-2, 12 KOs) in a 10-round main event the night before Floyd Mayweather Jr. (41-0, 25 KOs) Challenges WBC welterweight beltholder Victor Ortiz  (29-2-2, 22 KOs) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

In the co-main event, 2008 Olympic gold medalist Felix Diaz (9-0, 6 KOs), who is 27, takes on Larry Smith (10-5, 7 KOs) of Dallas.

The unprecedented dual-network, bi-lingual television broadcast will also contain exclusive "STAR POWER: Mayweather vs. Ortiz" preview material.

The broadcast will be available in over 63 million TeleFutura homes in Spanish and will be broadcast live to over 50 million homes on Fox Sports Net in English.
