Attorney mum on Oscar De La Hoya's latest controversy LAS VEGAS – Golden Boy Promotions attorney Judd Burstein had no comment when contacted Thursday by www.RingTV.com about a New York Post story that reported a lawsuit filed against Oscar De La Hoya by a woman claiming emotional distress, false imprisonment, and assault and battery resulting from an encounter with De La Hoya and another woman in March. According to The Post, New York model Angelica Marie Cecora’s lawsuit alleges that De La Hoya hosted a "booze-and-cocaine fueled sex party" at the Ritz Carlton Hotel on Central Park South on March 15 after he returned from Iraq where he visited U.S. troops. Cecora, 25, is the second woman to allege that she was at a similar party with De La Hoya, the president of Golden Boy Promotions who went into rehab in southern California last spring.
