Junior middleweight contender Jermell Charlo remained unbeaten with a 12-round unanimous decision over Charlie Ohta on the Adonis Stevenson-Andrzej Fonfara undercard on Saturday in Montreal. Charlo, who got up from a knockdown in Round 3, won by scores of 115-111 and 118-109 (twice).
Tonight, Charlie Ota, a Japan-based American boxer who happens to be the top junior middleweight in his adopted country, will face RING-rated contender Jermell Charlo on the Adonis Stevenson-Andrzej Fonfara undercard. Showtime Extreme will televise the bout.
