Due to production issues and the size of the venue, HBO will not broadcast the Feb. 1 Gennady Golovkin-Osumanu Adama fight from Monte Carlo, Monaco, according to Tom Loeffler of K2 Promotions. Golovkin is slated to return to HBO on April 26 at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
Once-beaten middleweight Max Bursak will replace injured former title challenger Martin Murray against Jarrod Fletcher on the Gennady Golovkin-Osumanu Adama undercard on Feb. 1 in Monte Carlo, Monaco, promoter Rodney Berman announced on Friday.
