Murat weighed 174 pounds. Peter Quillin and Gabriel Rosado, who fight in Saturday’s co-feature, also made weight for their WBO title bout.
Tim Bradley weighed in at a ripped-and-ready looking 146 pounds for his Saturday WBO welterweight title defense against Juan Manuel Marquez on Friday in Las Vegas. Marquez weighed in at lean and muscular 144.5 pounds.
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. was able to weigh in just under the renegotiated weight limit of 173 pounds for his HBO-televised fight with Bryan Vera at Friday’s weigh-in in Los Angeles. Chavez weighed 172.4 pounds. Vera, who was prepared to weigh-in at or under 168 pounds, came in at 171.2.
