The participants Showtime's June 8 cofeatured bouts looked ready at Friday's weigh-in. Marcos Maidana weighed 147 pounds for his welterweight showdown with Josesito Lopez, who weighed 145. Erislandy Lara weighed 153.8 for his junior middleweight fight with Alfredo Angulo, who weighed 153.5.
